Rapid Tooling:NEWCOME for cases where customers have urgent dealines, a small quantity, and a limit development budget, so, we often use the old mold base or manual tool option to achieve it. Its advantages: shot lead time, low cost, and tolerances is still within tolerance.Its disadvantage:Short mold production lifetime.
Rroduction Mold：It takes LKM standard, economical hot runner system etc. to make molds for mass production, the advantage is make in house, maintenance, storage, slight mold adjustment etc....are very convenience; its disadvantages:Once the mold is moved to a foreign customer, it is not convenient for after-sale because of different standards.
Export Mold:We are 100% customized according to customer's specified requirements. Its brand standards include HASCO, DME, LKM,etc. The hot runner is mainly chosen YUDO. The advantage is that the mold is accurate and the mold lifetime is long. Because it matches the customer's standard, it can be put into mass production immediately. Its disadvantage: the mold cost is relatively high. Due to the long transportation time, the customer's mass production plan might be adjusted accordingly.
Plastic Injection Molding:which is characterized by the use of thermoforming, and the use of corresponding molding parameters according to different materials to inject plastic products. This technical process is suitable for mass production and has a relatively high production capacity. The commonly used materials are:ABS, PC, POM, PMMA, PA6, PA12,PA66, PBT, PC+ ABS, PE-HD, PA+GF,etc....According to the customer's product assembly drawings and functions, we can submit some material suggestions for you have a reference purpose. We have more than 20 injection molding machines with a tonnage range form 80T-550T and product sizes form about 1mm-500mm. We also can produce insert injection molding and two-color injection molding parts against to customer's requirement.
Rapid Prototyping and CNC machinging service:NECOME has very mature technology with this process, as we have years experience of 3AXIS, 4AXIS, 5AXIS and CNC turning machine jobs. Its production scope generally divided into 3types:#1. customized (according to customer requirements and drawings), the order quantity is from 1 to several thousand. Parts materials used in plastic ABS, POM, PEEK, PTFE, PC, PMMA and other hardware, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, low carbon steel, zinc alloy and other materials, its machining stroke is below 1000mm; #2. injection mold and metal mold open before the mass production mold, the final design is determined through multiple prototypes, improvements, and tests; 3#. post-processing, products suitable for die casting, precision casting, aluminum extrusion, injection molding, etc. Secondary products.
Die Casting tooling and Casting Service:It is characterized by melting raw materials at high temperature, cooling into the mold by solution injection. Common materials are divided into 2 categories: zinc alloy and aluminum alloy.
Zinc alloy’s parts scopeis mainly used for instrument panel brackets, toys, toy cars, lighting, decorations, boxes, automobile parts, motor parts, machine parts, etc. The advantages are good casting performance, complex shapes can be cast, the surface can be plated, powder coated, spray painted, polished and other surface treatments, low melting point, die-casting around 400 degrees, it also have good mechanical properties ,its disadvantage is high density, relatively heavy, poor thermal insulation effect, if not handled properly, the surface will easily change color, and the sealing is not good enough;
Aluminum alloyis mainly suitable for thin-wall thickness parts, heat-dissipating products, motorcycles Car shell, car oil pump, product shell and other advantages; conductive, thermal conductivity, good machinability, low density, light product good physical strength, can work normally in high and low temperature environments, good corrosion resistance, surface finish can be plated, painted, sprayed ;its disadvantage is powder coating, anodized, etc .. Its disadvantage is easier to stick to the mold, its casted parts is easy to happens bubbles, the wear resistance is poor, and the surface is more likely to have water melted line onto the surface ,its melting point of about 700 degrees etc… small problems.
